- Register as a member – Free of Charge
- Browse our product catalogue
- Click on the “Add item” button for products that you want to purchase. This will be added to your shopping list.
- Review and Confirm Order. In your shopping list:

You may add multiple items prior to checking out the products
- Select your preferred Delivery Method: By Normal Mail, Registered Mail or Self Collection. Self Collection only available in Singapore.
- Select your preferred Payment Method : Internet Funds Transfer, ATM Funds Transfer or ATM Deposit.
- Select your preferred Bank.For Singapore – UOB or DBS/POSB. For M'sia – Maybank.
- Confirm Delivery Details
- For Registered/Normal Mail :It is defaulted to your registered mailing address with us. You can change the delivery address of the products if you wish.
- For Self Collection (only available in Singapore) : Select an MRT Stations and you'll be contacted once your product is ready for collection.
Important Note:
- Please note that NO cancellation is allowed after submission of order (confirming of delivery details).
- Payment is to be made within 3 days after order is submitted.
- Customer who failed to make payment will be tracked in our black list.
- For Singapore, the delivery lead time is 10-12 working days.
- For Malaysia, the delivery lead time is 10-14 working days.

Proceed with your bank transfer of the payment to us.

Login to BeautyFBI and then go to My Order to update your bank transfer details once the transfer is completed.

Upon receipt of your payment, you can view the receipt online when you log into the My Order ->View Receipt.
